At the "top" end of the business is dodgy business with voter registration, hanging chads and voting machines in the election of the world's most powerful man. A little lower down the rankings comes postal voting fraud and personation in general elections, local council elections and mayoral elections. Still further down comes telephone and internet voting fraud for certain TV reality programmes.
That voting fraud has become an international sport is not in doubt. But even I was shocked to read of the rigging of an opinion poll on whether or not to build a new supporters' stand at Wokingham and Emmbrook FC.
