Tough New Laws To Tackle Election Fraud
The Department for Constitutional Affairs today announced government plans to introduce into the House of Commons new laws to prevent postal vote fraud. A package of 14 tough new measures to tackle electoral fraud will be announced by Harriet Harman at the national launch of the Association of Chief Police Officers' Guidance on Election Fraud Prevention and Detection.
